What about us?

We are SIRIUS ANIMAL RESCUE (SAR), a NON-profit organisation, founded in the autumn of 2017.

We are but a handful of people that wish to save the homeless souls and not only them. We are a team that tries to do what the local authorities should have done a long time ago: stopping the unnecessary breeding with or without a master and protecting the animals.

 

Our goals:

  • Sterilization and microciping the stray animals, including:
    • mass sterilization of stray dogs of the community.
    • launch a public-private partnership projects in order to set up sociology-medical clinics
      for stray animals (veterinary medical offices, emergency shelter, pet house).
    • create an FOSTER network for abandoned puppy and / or emergency cases (assaulted dogs, injured or kept in inappropriate conditions).
  • Promoting the national and internatonal adoption of stray animals.
  • Educating the population (adults / children) about the importance of life, both of human beings and of other living creatures. Educate people about pet sterilization.
