is a story, a heartbreaking story which is considered the ‘norm’ in
Romania, something that happens everyday, most people do this without a
care in the world, they RUN OVER these poor defensless animals and just
drive off? Without looking back, leaving the dog to die in pain on the
road… most people still don’t help when they see this… just drive
by, how can people do this? How can humans be so cruel? So heartless?
If this happened in the UK.. there would be consequences! It would be on the news….. but not here in Romania. 
This poor boy is only around 6 months old, and this happened to him .
He was found near Cluj on the side of the road, this happened in
September and he has been at the vets ever since, but he is now home
with us where he is loved 
he is not able to walk at the moment, but we have all the confidence in him that he will one day soon
